Ralph Lauren Ricky Table

The Ralph Lauren Ricky Table is a project that I worked on as a developer whilst working at @CinimodStudio. For full details please see the project on the Cinimod Studio website.

The installation project the combines digital and physical to create an interactive experience that is both innovative and immersive. The project revolves around a beautiful leather clad table that contains custom RFID PCBs and capactive touch technology. Users place Ralph Lauren Ricky bags onto the table, that contains an RFID chip, to begin customising the product. Placing material samples on the table updates a 3D visualisation of the product allowing the ability to play and experience an almost infinite number of combinations. Not only can the user customise and visualise the bag in realtime but they can also add initials monogram to the product to make it truly theirs. The project was deployed in Ralph Lauren’s flagship store in Beverly Hills LA.
